Turkey Meatloaf with Goat cheese

½ cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried)
2 cloves garlic – minced
½ cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons fat free half and half
6 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1 package (1 pound 3 ounces) ground turkey breast meat
- Spray a 9X 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, egg substitute, half and half and cheese.
- Add turkey meat and stir to combine.
- Pack the meat into the baking loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
