6 cups small broccoli florets – coarsely chopped
½ cup raisins – coarsely chopped
4 slices turkey bacon – cooked and crumbled
3 scallions – sliced
2/3 cup low calorie mayonnaise
¼ cup honey
- In a serving bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, bacon and scallions.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and honey.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture and toss together.
